Head of Corporate FP&A

Head of FP&A | PE Backed Real Estate | Salary £115,000 - £130,000 + bonus and excellent benefits.

I am currently partnering with a PE backed Infrastructure company who are looking for a Head of Corporate FP&A to come and join the Group Finance team. This is for a large PE backed business who will be looking to go through a sale within the next 3 years. You will need to have experience from working in a large business and have worked within in the Group FP&A team.

On top of this you will be comfortable leading a small team, you will have ideally gone through an exit or a sale previously to bring this expertise to the current business. You will need to excel in working with senior stakeholders and being able to influence decision making.

Key requirements;

• Lead end-to-end integrated planning, from 13-week liquidity forecasting to long-term strategic projections.
• Own and automate robust financial models to simulate complex capital investment and "what-if" scenarios.
• Deliver group-level projections to the C-suite to drive capital deployment and long-term business viability.
• Act as lead Finance Business Partner for high-stakes transactions, including refinancing, divestments, JVs, and group exits.
• Leverage deep valuation expertise to articulate the Group’s value evolution to external advisors and stakeholders.
• Drive cash flow accuracy across global sites to ensure all group liquidity requirements are met.
• Translate regional trading performance and sales pipelines into actionable "forward-looking" strategic plans.
• Produce board-level materials and ad-hoc analytics to facilitate data-driven executive decision-making.

Experience;

• ACA qualified and trained from a top 4 practice.
• Have worked in large businesses ideally £500m plus to be considered.
• Have previously led and developed a high performing team.
• Worked closely with the senior leadership team, including exposure working closely with PE firms.
• You will need to be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

For this role you will be comfortable travelling to central London. This is an extremely exciting role in a PE backed business which is looking for high growth which will lead to an exit. You will need to have a number of years from working within a Group FP&A team, either a step up from a FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role or already in a Head of role and looking to move to your next challenge.
