Location:
Based in London on a hybrid basis with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract:
Permanent, full-time.
Salary:
Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits.
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions:
Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution and 15% employer contribution.

About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support key functions across the Sizewell C project. You will provide strategic financial insight, robust challenge, and decision support to senior stakeholders within a complex, large‑scale capital delivery environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring strong financial governance, cost control, forecasting accuracy, and value optimisation across your portfolio.
About You- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in finance business partnering within large, complex organisations (infrastructure, construction, energy, or capital projects experience desirable)
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Excellent financial modelling, analysis, and communication skills
- Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a project based or regulated environment is advantageous
