VP of Treasury

A fast-growing, international, private equity–backed technology business is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to lead its global treasury function. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the company is scaling rapidly and requires a strong treasury leader to support continued growth, strengthen controls, and optimise liquidity.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for shaping treasury strategy while overseeing day-to-day cash and banking operations. You will ensure effective liquidity management, robust controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities and currencies.

You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Commercial teams, and act as the primary treasury contact for banks, auditors, and regulators. The role includes leadership of a small team and a mandate to improve systems, processes, and governance frameworks.

• Lead the group’s treasury strategy, including cash, liquidity, and financial risk management
• Oversee global cash management and forecasting across multiple entities and currencies
• Optimise banking structures and manage key banking relationships
• Ensure appropriate safeguarding and control of funds in line with regulatory requirements
• Strengthen fraud prevention and operational control frameworks
• Drive process improvements, automation, and systems enhancements within treasury
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support commercial growth while maintaining strong governance
• Lead, develop, and build capability within the treasury team

• Senior treasury leadership experience within a regulated, international environment
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management, banking structures, and treasury controls
• Experience operating in complex, multi-entity organisations
• Comfortable engaging with external financial institutions and regulatory bodies
• Track record of improving processes and implementing scalable systems
• Commercially aware, pragmatic, and hands‑on
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
