We areseekinga strategic and meticulous
Finance Director
to lead our finance department, oversee financial planning and analysis, and ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of financial regulations and practices, and the ability toprovideactionable insights to guide executive decisions.

The ideal candidate willpossessstrong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

An understanding of thehealth and wellness industrywould be advantageous.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and growth plans
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Monitor andanalysefinancial performance,identifying areas for improvement
• Proactively provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
• Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee audits andconsultwith external auditors and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, corporategovernanceand tools tooptimiseoperations

• Bachelor’shonoursdegree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• ICAEW or ACCA qualified preferred
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, GAAP, and financial best practices
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
  
  Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

• knowledge and experience of using Odoo would be a real advantage
• Experience in Healthcare, Wellness and/or Longevity preferred but not essential
• Change management and organisational development experience
• Familiarity with international finance and currency management
