Financial Director

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to join a dynamic Family Office.

The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, budgeting, and reporting across a range of active projects, including building developments, restaurants, and other commercial ventures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement robust financial management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, monthly management accounts, and other financial reports.
• Collaborate with external accountants to ensure accurate and compliant UK tax reporting.
• Establish financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a track record of success in a senior finance role.
• Extensive experience in managing the financial affairs of a complex, multi-entity organisation, preferably in a Family Office environment.
• Proven ability to implement robust financial management systems and processes.
• Strong technical expertise in UK tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
