Group Treasurer

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Group Treasurer to join a dynamic, private‑equity‑backed organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role with significant influence across the Group’s financial strategy. The position offers a hybrid working model.

• Lead and manage the Group’s rolling cash flow forecasting process.
• Oversee daily and medium‑term liquidity positions across the Group.
• Drive initiatives to enhance working capital performance.
• Optimise cash pooling and intercompany funding structures in line with Group policies.
• Execute and monitor FX cash flow and interest rate hedging activities.
• Maintain hedge documentation and oversee IFRS 9 effectiveness testing and reporting.
• Manage all treasury‑related risks and ensure robust reporting frameworks.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for the Group’s core banking partners.
• Maintain, update, and embed the Group Treasury Policy, ensuring compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
• Produce monthly treasury reporting for senior finance leadership.
• Maintain the Treasury Dashboard, covering liquidity, debt, FX exposure, and counter party risk.
• Serve as the key treasury contact for finance teams across the Group.
• Champion a proactive, forward‑looking treasury strategy.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, multi‑location treasury team.
• Foster continuous improvement, capability development, and operational resilience within the function.
