As a Senior Tax Manager
, reporting to the Head of Tax, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing tax compliance and advisory services across multiple business units. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to regulatory reporting, and help shape a small but high-impact in-house tax function.

• Provide tax advice on new business initiatives, projects, and transactions.
• Oversee outsourced corporate tax compliance and review reporting outputs.
• Manage tax provisions and support IFRS, regulatory, and US GAAP reporting.
• Collaborate across the business to proactively manage tax risk.
• Identify process improvements and enhance governance in the tax function.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, ideally in a financial services environment.
• Experience in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory — in-house or practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
