Pro-Tax are proud to be partnering with a truly global consumer business who are looking develop their indirect tax & customs team. Within this pivotal role you will be able to work cross functionally where you will build key working relationship with various stake holders to improve the flow of information.

The Indirect Tax Team is responsible for compliance with UK & Irish Revenue regulations relating to VAT, CCL, & Customs Duty. Working as an expert advisor you will be required to advise and guide the business on these matters including liaison with HMRC & Irish Revenue, to ensure the free-flowing movement goods global where you will be working on a number of interesting and varied projects.

With the fundamental purpose being supporting the international growth by means of movement of goods you will be key member of the tax team. The firm offers great ongoing training and development so even if you are not fully trained in the above they will certainly be offering you support to grow your knowledge base.

• Exceptional communication & influencing skills
• Ideally a formal Indirect Tax Qualification and / or proven relevant experience in the Indirect Taxes field within a large accounting organisation, HMRC or a large commercial organisation.
• Flexibility and the agility to prioritise with proven ability to excel under pressure

Role to be based out of the London or South East HQ office with a working hybrid model
