With operations in 140+ countries, our EMEA Finance team plays a critical role in shaping performance and driving growth. We’re now looking for an Advanced Finance Analyst to partner with our West Marketing region, giving you direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key decisions from day one.

This is a true Finance Business Partnering role where you’ll:

• Own budgeting & forecasting cycles for the West region – from consolidation through to analytical review
• Deliver clear, commercially focused variance analysis and performance insights
• Present monthly results to Marketing Leadership, challenging and advising on business performance
• Lead BPC (SAP BI) submissions for budgets and forecasts
• Support Quarter-End Audit Committee reporting
• Take responsibility for EMEA Travel cost planning and reporting
• Partner with HQ functions (Legal, IT, Capability Development) on G&A / OPEX

You won’t just report the numbers, you’ll help shape the story behind them.

• Newly qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA
• Strong Excel capability (Pivot Tables, Sum-ifs, VLOOKUPs)
• SAP / BPC exposure – advantageous, not essential
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
  
  Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Interest in sports, lifestyle or brand-led marketing is a bonus
