Overview Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Programmes Team in London! Youll play a key role in supporting our Producers and Brokers, managing a high-profile portfolio of Binders, Programmes, and Lloyds Consortium accounts. Youll work with Property & Casualty (including US programmes) and other treaty reinsurance structures. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and reinsurers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
How you'll make an impact Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth placement, servicing, and settlement processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and reinsurers. Handle premium and claims processing, reconciliations, and reporting. Coordinate reinsurer audits and monthly calls to review programme results. Support brokers with market research, compliance checks, and renewal processes. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards. About You You will have a sound knowledge of reinsurance or binders. Youre organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Youve got excellent communication skills and can work with people at all levels. Youre confident with numbers and have strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Youve got experience in client service, compliance, and working with Binder or US Programme business.
