An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Consultant to provide flexible, ad hoc support to a busy partner and their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer or consultant looking for high-quality work with autonomy and flexibility.

This role would suit a consultant, former Senior Associate, Legal Director, Partner, or in‑house real estate finance specialist seeking a flexible legal consulting engagement in London.

You will assist on a range of real estate finance matters, including:

• Supporting on investment and development financing transactions
• Drafting and reviewing facility agreements, security documents, and ancillary finance documentation
• Assisting with transaction management and deal execution
• Providing technical input on structuring and risk considerations

• Significant experience in real estate finance gained in private practice or an in‑house environment
• Strong drafting skills and the ability to work independently
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent stakeholder management
• Availability to support on a flexible, as‑needed basis
