We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our London-based team, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a supportive environment, gaining exposure across core accounting and reporting responsibilities.

• Bookkeeping: bank transactions, sales and purchase invoices, credit cards and petty cash.
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns and other statutory filings.
• Assisting with cash-flow reporting and finance reports.
• Supporting month-end processes.
• General finance administration as required.

• Experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and VAT.
• AAT qualified or currently studying (Level 2–4 welcome).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
• Organised, detail-oriented and eager to take ownership.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

This role offers strong exposure across the finance function and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.
