Scope varies by business but often includes:

• Production of accurate monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet ownership and reconciliations
• Strengthening internal controls and processes
• Audit preparation and statutory coordination
• Improving month-end close timelines
• Supporting system implementations or upgrades
• Supervising junior finance staff where applicable

We are seeking Financial Controllers who are:

• Currently working fractionally, on interim assignments, or building a portfolio career
• Technically strong with solid financial reporting experience
• Experienced in startups, high-growth environments or scaling SMEs
• Detail-oriented while remaining commercially aware
• Comfortable operating independently

Audit background or systems implementation experience is beneficial.
