Finance Manager; SaaS

We are currently supporting a high growth market leader with a newly created Finance Manager role to support a SaaS business through their next phase of growth. You will enjoy broad ownership across financial operations, reporting, and business partnering, playing a key part in strengthening processes as the company scales. Working closely and partnering with Sales, Operations and Technology to support data‑led decisions and help drive strategic initiatives.

• Lead core financial operations, including payables, receivables, company card management, balance sheet reconciliations, and month‑end schedules.
• Strengthen and streamline month‑end processes, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for leadership.
• Oversee regulatory compliance including VAT returns and US Sales Tax, and support the transition from outsourced to in‑house payroll.
• Partner with Operations and other teams to improve the customer purchasing experience and optimise processes
• Support strategic projects including systems improvements, cost optimisation initiatives, and KPI/dashboard development.
• Support cashflow forecasting, working capital management, and the annual audit process.

The ideal candidate will be recently qualified (ACCA/CIMA equivalent) and possess hands on experience within a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment. You will have proven capability in combining strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for non‑finance stakeholders. The nature of the role will require those commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of processes while driving continuous improvement.
