Finance Manager

Overview

• Support the Head of Finance (HoF) to deliver all aspects of the service area financial management.
• Lead a team of accountants to provide day‑to‑day support in all aspects of the service area financial performance and business partnering.
• Manage the delivery of accurate and timely monthly performance reports and support analytical reviews to influence actions.
• Present financial and business information in clear, analytical form to clinical and non‑clinical colleagues and constructively challenge processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• CCAB Qualified Accountant (or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Significant experience in financial management roles and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong planning and organisational capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and driven with a demonstrated team ethic.
