Finance system manager

A large international organisation operating within the real estate and property infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to take ownership of its finance platforms and support the continued optimisation of financial systems, reporting, and data processes across the business.

This role sits within a central finance technology team and will work closely with Finance, Technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure finance systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Strong experience with Yardi within a real estate or property environment is essential for this position.

This is a hands-on finance systems leadership role responsible for maintaining, optimising, and supporting core financial platforms while driving improvements in reporting, controls, and data quality.

You will oversee the internal support function, manage system enhancements, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure systems are being used effectively across the organisation.

• Manage and optimise finance systems, including Yardi
• Lead the Finance Systems Support function, handling incidents, user queries, and support processes
• Translate finance and operational requirements into system improvements and enhancements
• Ensure strong governance, controls, and data integrity across financial systems
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and operational teams to improve processes and system adoption
• Deliver system training and maintain documentation for users and internal teams
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives
• Review reporting, planning, and financial analysis tools to ensure alignment with business needs
