Divisional Finance Director

Eton Bridge Partners are currently working confidentially with a PE-backed, multi-site B2B services business seeking an experienced Finance Director (UK & Ireland) to lead its finance function in a complex, multi-site environment based in West London.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for finance across the UK & Ireland, partnering closely with the Managing Director and the wider leadership team, with a dotted line into Group Finance. The role offers significant scope to influence strategy, performance and transformation in a fast-moving, change-oriented business.

• Act as a trusted commercial partner to the UK&I leadership team, shaping strategy and driving delivery of the business plan
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management, providing clear insight into risks, opportunities and value drivers
• Own financial control, reporting, compliance and statutory processes in line with Group standards
• Drive cash, working capital and liquidity performance, ensuring strong profit-to-cash conversion
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team across core disciplines (Financial Control, FP&A, Billing, Cash)
• Play a key leadership role in process optimisation and ERP value realisation, with a strong focus on operational excellence (particularly Order-to-Cash)
• Lead ad-hoc strategic and transformation projects, including growth initiatives and M&A support where required

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or CFO within a complex, PE-backed or matrixed organisation
• Full P&L ownership experience
• Have owned Order to Cash
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving performance
• Experience leading finance transformation and ERP implementations, with a hands-on approach to process improvement
• Comfortable operating at pace in a growing, evolving business
• Experienced people leader with the ability to build capability, accountability and succession
• B2B and/or recurring revenue experience
