J3606 – Proposal Review Analyst

Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits. New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Proposal Review Analyst.

Location:

UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid).

This is a pivotal role within an independent function operating between Sales and Risk (LoD2). You will manage the full proposal lifecycle, from receipt of credit and introducer applications through to payout, ensuring efficient deal flow, strong governance and robust risk oversight.

Working closely with Sales, Risk and Group stakeholders, you will help optimise approval timelines while maintaining a disciplined risk culture and high levels of customer service.

• Take ownership of lending proposals from Vendors/Sales through to submission to LoD2 and payout
• Ensure proposals are complete, accurately structured and within credit policy and risk appetite
• Collaborate with Sales to review pipeline activity and address risk considerations early
• Coordinate with Risk, Asset Management, Legal and Collections as required
• Manage vendor and introducer onboarding reviews and programme limit increases
• Ensure risk conditions and documentation are prepared accurately ahead of payout
• Support reporting, portfolio monitoring and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to optimisation of the deal approval process to improve response times and service levels

• 3–5 years’ experience within asset finance credit, sales support or proposal management
• Strong understanding of secured and unsecured mid-ticket transactions
• Experience assessing structured and cashflow-based lending proposals
• Strong analytical skills with commercial judgement
• Confident communicator able to engage with Sales, Risk and senior stakeholders
• Organised, resilient and comfortable working to service level deadlines
• Good Excel and reporting capability

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require in-country experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.

Salary information:
Salary up to £85,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) up to 30% of base salary with quarterly bonuses.
