The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Broker to join our London office.
This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a serious career in private markets. You will work directly with experienced brokers, engage qualified investors, and gain exposure to institutional‑grade private equity and credit transactions.

- Proactively sourcing and qualifying high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
- Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and professional networks
- Presenting private market opportunities clearly and professionally
- Managing and nurturing your own pipeline of prospects
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and investor documentation
- Supporting deal execution through to completion
- Collaborating closely with senior brokers and management
- Participating in structured sales and product training
- Strong commercial drive and competitive mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Resilient, disciplined, and target‑oriented
- Interest in financial markets, private equity, and alternative assets
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, brokerage, financial services, or real estate preferred
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (advantageous)
Base Salary: £42,000 per annum
Commission – 0.25% of investment value
OTE: £70,000–£75,000 in Year 1
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus.
