The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Broker to join our London office.

This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a serious career in private markets. You will work directly with experienced brokers, engage qualified investors, and gain exposure to institutional‑grade private equity and credit transactions.

This is a performance‑led environment with genuine earning potential and clear progression.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Proactively sourcing and qualifying high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
  • Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and professional networks
  • Presenting private market opportunities clearly and professionally
  • Managing and nurturing your own pipeline of prospects
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and investor documentation
  • Supporting deal execution through to completion
  • Collaborating closely with senior brokers and management
  • Participating in structured sales and product training

Skills & Background
  • Previous experience in sales, brokerage, financial services, or real estate preferred
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (advantageous)
Compensation

Base Salary: £42,000 per annum

Commission – 0.25% of investment value

OTE: £70,000–£75,000 in Year 1

Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus.
