This is a Management Accountant position inside a scaling UK BTR platform, backed by serious capital and real growth plans. You won't be stuck producing numbers. You'll be using them.
Responsibilities- Working directly with the investment team
- Influencing decisions, not just reporting history
- Owning multi-entity accounting, forecasting, covenants, investor reporting
- Building processes as the platform grows
It's lean. It's visible. It's high accountability. No hiding in a big team. No corporate fog.
Qualifications- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (qualified or part-qualified)
- Property / real estate exposure
- Strong UK GAAP and Excel
- Someone commercially sharp who actually wants ownership
