Pricing Analyst

We are delighted to support a Dublin-based aircraft leasing platform to hire of a Pricing
Analyst/Senior Pricing Analyst on a 12-month contract
. This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy across the portfolio, supporting asset sale and purchase decisions, and working closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams.

• Support all pricing activities within the Portfolio Services function.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with company growth, profitability, and performance targets.
• Partner closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams to ensure consistent, value-driven decision-making.
• Monitor market and portfolio pricing trends, adjusting strategies as required.
• Prepare and present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Oversee pricing models, tools, and systems, ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Ensure all pricing decisions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support asset sale and purchase decisions to optimise portfolio outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience in pricing, finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capability.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with pricing or analytical tools.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
