Management Accountant

• Compensation: GBP 60,000 - GBP 60,000 - yearly

Hana Group is a world leader in retail pan‑Asian cuisine, operating a large global network of fresh‑food kiosks inside major grocery retailers. The company specializes in freshly prepared sushi and other Asian‑inspired dishes, made on‑site throughout the day by trained chefs.

Role Purpose

The Management Accountant will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and performance insights to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Assist with audit preparation and VAT submissions

Costing & Margin Analysis

• Analyse gross margin by key lines and explaining movements
• Maintain and review product costing models
• Support pricing strategy with margin and scenario analysis

Business Partnering

• Provide financial insights to commercial and operational teams
• Support on investment analysis
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA)
