Foster + Partners, an award-winning global studio for architecture, design, and innovation, is looking for a Finance Business Partner/Studio Project Accountant on a fixed-term basis to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world’s most celebrated architecture practices, supporting a portfolio of cutting-edge international projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project leaders and the wider finance team to ensure the financial success of creative and commercially significant work.

• Partner with Studio Heads to manage the division and project budgets, forecasts, reports, dashboards and financial risks
• Monitor division and project performance and provide proactive financial insight
• Support month-end processes and analysis, revenue recognition, and cost tracking
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely studio project invoicing and accounting compliance
• Support ongoing transition to new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and be proactive in adapting to the associated business change

• Experience influencing and partnering with senior business leaders to improve financial performance
• Globally recognised accounting qualification
• A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
• Experience in project accounting, ideally within architecture, design, or professional services is desirable

• Work side-by-side with project and studio leaders who are at the forefront of the profession
• Be at the financial heart of large, high-profile projects
