Location: Greater London

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Finance / Finance Director to join a fast-growing, multi-site luxury real estate and membership business. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is equally comfortable operating at board level while remaining hands‑on in execution.

The business operates a high‑end portfolio of properties and premium membership experiences
, with an ambitious growth strategy across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting expansion, strengthening investor relationships, and building scalable financial infrastructure.

This role requires someone who combines strategic finance leadership with a sleeves‑rolled‑up approach
. The ideal candidate will come from a multi‑site hospitality, retail, or consumer‑facing property environment and will have experience supporting growth businesses, including capital raising and investor engagement
.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape the company’s financial strategy and growth plans
    .
  • Provide commercial insight and financial modelling to support expansion into new sites and markets.
  • Develop long‑term financial plans aligned with the company’s investment and growth strategy.
  • Support board reporting, strategic decision making, and performance tracking.
Investor & Capital Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors
    .
  • Support capital raising activities
    , including preparation of investor materials, financial models, and due diligence processes.
  • Manage reporting requirements for investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with leadership on funding strategies for new developments and site acquisitions.
Financial Operations
  • Lead all core finance functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
    .
  • Establish robust financial controls, processes, and systems as the business scales.
  • Oversee multi‑site financial performance analysis and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax obligations.
Commercial & Operational Support
  • Work closely with operational teams across locations to drive profitability and performance improvements
    .
  • Provide financial oversight of membership revenue models, pricing strategies, and site performance
    .
  • Support site launches, acquisitions, and new development projects from a financial perspective.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Build and lead a high‑performing finance function capable of supporting a scaling multi‑site business.
  • Implement systems and reporting structures that enable data‑driven decision making across the organisation.
Candidate Profile Experience
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director / Head of Finance / Senior Finance Leader in a multi‑site environment
    .
  • Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, consumer membership, or multi‑location property businesses strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within high‑growth or entrepreneurial businesses
    .
  • Demonstrable experience raising capital or supporting fundraising processes (equity, debt, or investor funding).
  • Strong experience managing investor relationships and board reporting
    .
Skills & Attributes
  • Highly commercial finance leader with strong strategic and analytical capability
    .
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on environment where processes may still be evolving.
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to balance big‑picture strategy with operational execution
    .
Qualifications
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or international equivalent).
  • Additional experience in real estate investment, property operations, or asset‑backed businesses would be advantageous.
