Senior Associate, Bulks

A Senior Associate is responsible for mandate delivery in its entirety within a portfolio, managing both the client and candidate community.

They are expected to be confident, capable and accomplished in the delivery of mandates for established and new HC clients. They will be comfortable and capable in working directly with external (client) and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of mandates as well as the maintenance and growth of client goodwill.

A Senior Associate will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop client relationships that generate multiple commercial opportunities for their portfolio and for the wider group based on goodwill generate by the Senior Associate’s work. A Senior Associate will mentor and train associates to become the next Senior Associates.
