The role offers a pathway to becoming a qualified IFA within 18-24 months, with a basic salary of up to £33,000 and OTE of £80,000 - £100,000 once qualified. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, managing workflow, and conducting investment analysis. Candidates should have a minimum of two exams completed and a strong understanding of the Financial Planning industry.
