Fund & Loan Operations - Private Credit

Aria Partners are working with a growing private credit platform looking to hire a Fund Operations Associate into its London team.

The role sits at the intersection of fund operations, transaction execution and operational process improvement, supporting a fast-scaling direct lending platform across a broad range of operational activities.

This is a highly visible position within a lean environment, offering exposure across deal closings, fund operations and operational infrastructure projects. The successful individual will work closely with investment, finance, legal and external counter parties to support seamless transaction execution and help drive operational scalability across the platform.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting operational aspects of deal closings, funding flows and transaction execution
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers throughout the closing process
• Assisting with fund operational workflows, reporting processes and portfolio administration activities
• Helping improve operational procedures, controls and process efficiency across the platform
• Supporting implementation and adoption of operational tools and systems
• Maintaining documentation, workflows and operational best practices
• Assisting with management of external administrators, custodians and other counter parties

The ideal background:

• 3-6 years’ experience within direct lending transaction management, loan operations, loan closing or private credit operations
• Prior exposure to supporting loan closings, funding mechanics and transaction execution processes within a direct lending or leveraged finance environment
• Process-oriented mindset with an interest in operational improvement and scalability
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Compensation on offer is circa £65, with strong bonus potential and an excellent wider benefits package.
