Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager to join a growing Corporate Lending team within an established banking environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a banking professional with experience in corporate lending or relationship support to work closely with senior stakeholders while gaining broad exposure across credit, operations, and client management.

In this role, you will support Relationship Managers and the Head of Corporate Lending in delivering a high level of service to corporate clients across a varied lending portfolio. The position offers exposure across client servicing, credit support, financial analysis, and operational oversight within a collaborative banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Relationship Managers with the day-to-day management of corporate lending clients and facilities
  • Assist with credit applications, facility documentation, and client reporting
  • Monitor customer covenants, financial information, and borrowing availability
  • Liaise with internal teams on AML/KYC processes, account maintenance, and operational matters
  • Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with departmental reporting, client meetings, and wider business development activity
About You
  • Experience with in corporate banking, commercial banking, corporate lending support, or relationship management
  • Good understanding of lending products, credit processes, and corporate banking operations
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements within a banking environment
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
