Location: Greater London

A global investment management firm is seeking to hire a Portfolio Analyst to join the Multi-Asset investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct portfolio analysis to monitor underlying positions, risk drivers, performance and market dynamics/volatility
Contribute to portfolio construction and risk management using quantitative techniques
Conduct manager research across multiple investment strategies and asset classes
Support Portfolio Manager with the construction of multi-manager portfolios
Enhance portfolio and risk analytics capabilities within the team

Candidate Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an analytical role in the asset management industry

Good understanding and knowledge of risk management and portfolio construction techniques

Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail

Strong grasp of Excel and familiarity with Python or R

An enthusiastic and hands‑on approach

An inquisitive and proactive nature

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Ability to work in a collaborative dynamic team environment

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi‑task and keep track of various deadlines

A strong academic background and degree
