Off-Cycle Internship - Tactical Opportunities

The 2026 Blackstone Tactical Opportunities (Tac Opps) Off-Cycle Internship is part of Blackstone's opportunistic investment platform. Interns will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities.

• Conduct industry and thematic research and competitive analysis, including external calls.
• Perform deep financial analysis, valuation analysis, and model operating cases and financial returns.
• Prepare written summaries and presentation materials for the investment team.
• Draft internal investment memos and marketing materials.
• Assist around execution of transaction processes.
• Provide overall support to the investment team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and finance concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with dynamic roles.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master student, or have recently graduated.
• Expected graduation month/year and grade required.
• Must be able to start between September/October 2026 and be available for up to six months.
