Corporate Tax Senior Manager Role
You will take ownership of a client portfolio, acting as a trusted adviser while leading both compliance and advisory work. You'll work closely with Directors and Partners on complex engagements and support growth of the Corporate Tax offering.
You will gain greater ownership of relationships and more complex work, with less focus on routine compliance and more exposure to advisory and project-based work.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate tax clients
- Act as key client contact, building long-term relationships
- Work closely with senior leadership on complex engagements
- Compliance & Advisory
- Lead delivery and review of corporate tax compliance
- Provide input on advisory work including structuring and transactions
- Review work from Managers and Seniors
- Keep up to date with legislative changes
- Business Development & Leadership
- Support proposals and new business opportunities
- Identify opportunities to add value and grow clients
- Coach and mentor team members
- Support process improvement and development
- Extensive UK corporate tax experience in practice
- Strong compliance and advisory knowledge
- Experience with owner-managed businesses and complex groups
- Ability to oversee complex tax work
- Strong communication skills
- CTA, ACA or equivalent qualified
- Leadership and mentoring experience
Strong Managers ready to step up to Senior Manager will also be considered.
