A Trade Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the FX Team, ensuring that all transactions are accurately booked, compliant, and efficiently processed. This position acts as a vital link between clients, traders, and internal departments, maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. The role involves assisting with trade execution and settlement, monitoring compliance requirements, and helping to maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Trade Execution
  • Support account managers in accurate booking, confirmation, and settlement of FX trades.
  • Provide timely and professional support to clients, addressing queries and ensuring smooth trade execution.
  • Monitor trade workflows and assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks.
  • Liaise with traders, compliance officers, and operations teams to resolve trade discrepancies or settlement issues.
Compliance
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to internal procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all documentation meets KYC and AML obligations.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Support
  • Assist in supporting the maintenance of existing client relationships.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of trade support processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between front, middle, and back-office functions
