** Senior Investment Manager – UK Focused Venture Capital Fund
** A significant multi-asset investment group with a long track record of backing high-growth technology businesses is seeking a Senior Investment Manager for its venture capital team in London. The team focuses on B2B SaaS and enterprise software, with additional coverage of deep technology and AI.
** Key Responsibilities**- Lead and support due diligence, transaction execution, and internal investment approvals
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the technology sector
- Monitor and support a portfolio of high-growth technology companies
- Attend portfolio company board meetings as a director or observer
- Analyse financial and operational performance including KPIs and valuations
- Assist with fundraising, investor reporting, and portfolio analysis
- Maintain financial models, cap tables, and investment documentation
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and investor relations teams
** Requirements**- Substantial venture capital investment experience (essential)- Deep UK network within the technology and VC ecosystem
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
