• Experience leading growth, scaling or commercial transformation within a fintech or regulated technology business
• Strong strategic partnership and commercial development capability
• Exposure to fundraising, investors and board‑level stakeholder management
• Experience operating within regulated financial services environments
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and execution
