Securities Lending Trade Operations Specialist

We Are Tech Women  is looking for a candidate to join the Securities Lending Operations team in London. This role involves supporting trading functions, enhancing operational processes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will gain extensive exposure within the investment banking environment, acting as a change agent while receiving in-depth training and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen interest in risk management and experience in vendor platforms like Equilend or Pirum being advantageous.
