Global Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking an experienced Global Accounts Payable Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Sub-contractor functions.

The role will focus on ensuring efficient, accurate financial operations, strengthening controls, and driving continuous process improvements across the function.

• Manage and lead the Accounts Payable and Sub-contractor teams
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Drive process improvement initiatives across AP and subcontractor workflows
• Ensure financial controls and processes are adhered to and enhanced
• Manage working capital, including payment runs and forecasting
• Reconcile AP and Sub-contractor ledgers to the General Ledger
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve internal/external queries
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial controls
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial efficiency

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Experience driving process and system improvements
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Experience with finance systems (e.g. Net Suite, Power BI desirable)
