Finance Business Partner - Insurance Broker - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £85,000  bonus and benefits Your new company A well-established organisation with a strong presence in the insurance and financial services sector is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join one of its fast-growing divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth area and play a key role in driving the team forwards as the business continues to grow and expand.

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver financial planning and analysis, including month-end reviews, forecasts, and budgeting Provide clear performance insights through KPI analysis and regular reporting Support delivery of growth objectives through financial partnering Collaborate with multiple teams to improve data quality and reporting automation Provide financial support for business or product integrations What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience in industry Experience in insurance or professional services sectors.

Strong financial modelling and excel skills Stakeholder management and business partnering experience. Proactive, self-starter with a real desire to challenge and make an impact.
