Job Description SummaryThe Senior Private Banking Executive role is to support the generation of new external client relationships from across a range of agreed industry sectors. The role helps clients achieve their financial goals and aspirations by offering Banking, Specialist Lending, Investments, Estate Planning & Trust services as well as referrals to internal and external partners, tailored to individual client circumstances. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying and meeting client needs, and ensuring liaison with all appropriate parts of LBG to maintain first‑class standards of service.

This role sits at the heart of our growing Entrepreneurs proposition and offers the chance to build deep sector experience while working closely with senior Private Banking stakeholders.
- Support Private Banking Managers and Directors with some of our largest and most complex entrepreneur clients.
- Contribute to client meetings, relationship planning and delivery, ensuring clients receive seamless, joined‑up support across banking, lending, investments and estate planning.
- Help manage relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and owner‑managed businesses, using market and sector insight to support proactive engagement and excellent service.
- Play an important role in planning and delivering client and colleague events, strengthening relationships and showcasing the Entrepreneurs proposition.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external introducers to support quality referrals and sustainable growth.
- 3–5 years’ experience supporting High Net Worth client relationships within Private Banking, Wealth or a similar environment.
- Understanding of the financial services landscape and the needs of entrepreneur clients.
- Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with growing confidence in stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting complex or vulnerable client situations.
- Experience contributing to events or client engagement initiatives.
