The incoming CFO will own:

• Group financial reporting across a complex multi-entity holding structure
• M&A execution, due diligence and post-acquisition financial integration
• Treasury, cash management and working capital optimisation across all entities
• Debt facilities, capital markets and covenant compliance
• Investor and board-level financial reporting
• Finance systems architecture and technology adoption
• Tax and multi-jurisdiction compliance
• Exit readiness and capital event positioning

The profile is specific. CFO-level experience in a PE-backed SaaS or software business. Meaningful M&A and integration exposure. Prior experience preparing a business for exit or a refinancing event.
