Finance Business Partner

We’re partnered with a high-growth, £500m revenue professional services business looking to hire a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders across key operational areas. This is a high-visibility role, acting as a true partner to the business – driving performance, challenging assumptions, and delivering insight-led decision support in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

As an ACA/ACCA qualified finance professional, you’ll bring prior experience within a professional services setting, with a strong grasp of revenue recognition, utilisation, and margin drivers. The role will focus on budgeting and forecasting, building robust reporting packs, and delivering meaningful analysis around performance, pricing, and client profitability. You’ll work closely with non-finance stakeholders, helping to shape strategy while maintaining strong financial discipline and controls.
