CAM is a purpose-oriented investment firm co-owned by HSBC Asset Management and Pollination, dedicated to delivering scalable natural capital investment solutions globally.

The firm combines institutional investment expertise with deep sustainability know-how to deploy capital into high-impact nature-based projects worldwide.
Role Overview :
This is a deal-focused opportunity for an Investment Manager to be an integral part of the investment team, focusing on closing transactions across afforestation and reforestation (ARR), improved forest management (IFM), mangroves, regenerative agriculture, peatlands, and other nature-based solutions (NbS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of specific transactions: assess, negotiate, execute, and manage nature-based projects that generate carbon credits
- Interact with potential project partners and investors in delivering projects globally
- Support deal origination and pipeline development for the NBC Fund
- Contribute to investor engagement and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
- Work closely with asset management teams to ensure smooth transition from execution to operations and long-term value delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in transaction execution within real assets, ideally in nature-based or infrastructure projects
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Proven ability to structure and execute complex investments
- Strong commercial judgement with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for sustainability and natural capital investment
This is a 12-month contract position based in London.
