Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: West London Hybrid 2 days WFH
Salary: Up to 70,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

We are working with a highly regarded independent financial planning firm known for delivering tailored, whole-of-market advice and building long-term client relationships.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their London team, taking ownership of complex technical cases across pensions, investments, offshore bonds, and estate planning. You will work closely with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality, compliant advice, ensuring accuracy, technical robustness, and strong client outcomes.

Responsibilities for the role of Paraplanner- Manage complex paraplanning cases end-to-end across pensions, investments, defined benefit schemes, offshore bonds, and estate planning
- Produce high-quality, compliant suitability reports and technical recommendations
- Review fact finds, calculations, and supporting documentation for accuracy and suitability
- Partner closely with Financial Planners to support holistic client advice
- Provide technical input on trusts, taxation, and probate planning
- Support efficient case progression, liaising with internal and offshore teams
- Mentor junior paraplanners and provide technical oversight where required
- Ensure all work meets regulatory and internal quality standards
- Undertake technical research for complex or non-standard cases
- 5+ years' paraplanning experience within financial services
- Chartered status (CII Advanced Diploma or equivalent) essential
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, DB schemes, offshore bonds, and estate planning
- Proven ability to produce complex suitability reports and recommendations
- Confident reviewing technical data, calculations, and fact finds
- Strong understanding of trusts, taxation, and probate planning
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-quality output environment
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, solutions-focused approach
