Trainee Financial Adviser

We are recruiting Trainee Financial Advisers to join our flagship development pathway for individuals who want to retrain into a professional career in financial advice. • A proven background in wealth management, private banking, financial services or similar client-facing roles.
• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience, ideally in client facing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 4 qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent) or working towards Level 4 Diploma Status.

Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James’s Place’s adviser development pathway. How we support you:
