The Head of Client Product – Financial Institutions owns CSC’s end‑to‑end client product strategy for financial institutions across EMEAglobally, covering banks and near‑banks including trust, securitisations, aviation finance, insurance, pensions, and related structures. This role sets the segment’s strategic architecture, pricing model contribution, and market‑facing product positioning. You will translate market insight into product development, support complex mandates, and enable scalable, high‑quality global delivery through a defined target operating model.

Success requires deep segment expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, and a credible external voice with clients, intermediaries, and industry forums.

Your responsibilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end client product segment strategy for Financial Institutions across EMEAglobally (banks and near‑banks including trust, securitisations, aviation finance, insurance, pensions, and related structures)
  • Define the segment’s strategic architecture, including product positioning, value proposition, service scope, and go‑to‑market priorities
  • Partner with commercial and finance stakeholders to contribute to CSC’s pricing model for the segment, including value‑based packaging and commercial guardrails
  • Drive market insight and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, client pain points, and emerging regulatory/operating trends
  • Lead product development and enhancement initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring readiness across sales, delivery, risk, and technology
  • Provide senior support on complex mandates, proposals, and solution design, acting as accountable product owner and escalation point
  • Ensure strong global client delivery by defining and governing the target operating model, including handoffs, controls, and service standards
  • Build a sustainable relationship coverage structure with clear ownership across product, sales, and delivery stakeholders, enabling consistent client outcomes
  • Represent CSC externally as a credible product voice through client meetings, industry engagement, and thought leadership contributions
Your profile
  • Proven progressive experience in financial institutions servicing and/or product leadership (e.g., banking, fiduciary, structured finance, insurance, pensions, corporate services, asset servicing, or adjacent professional services)
  • Strong working knowledge of banks and near‑banks operating models and client expectations, including trust, securitisations, aviation finance, insurance, and pensions
  • Proven ability to translate market insight into product strategy, service design, and commercial outcomes (growth, retention, margin discipline)
  • Experience supporting complex client mandates, including multi‑jurisdictional structures and tailored operating requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership across cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, delivery, operations, technology, risk, legal, finance) with clear accountability and governance
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present credibly to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating across multiple EMEA jurisdictions globally including EMEA and collaborating with global teams to deliver standardized yet flexible solutions
  • Familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations impacting financial institutions servicing (e.g., outsourcing expectations, AML/KYC, reporting, governance models)
  • Experience designing or governing target operating models, service controls, and scalable coverage structures
