Wealth Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wealth Advisory proposition for the UK international business in London and provide additional support to PBWM platforms in Dubai and Singapore.
• Regularly meet highly successful international private clients (net worth US $20m+ up to US $1bn) across multiple regions within the cross‑border framework.
• Provide a broad range of estate‑planning services to PBWM clients with assets exceeding £5m, analysing needs and applying technical skills to deliver cross‑border succession solutions in coordination with clients’ tax/legal advisers.
• Establish trusts or insurance solutions and structure assets for acquisition, succession planning, and relocation scenarios.
• Restructure existing wealth structures or transfer trusts/corporate structures between fiduciary providers.
• Engage clients directly to contribute to revenue generation, seek Net New Assets (NNA) and encourage the conclusion of estate‑planning structures.
• Leverage local and global expertise and advise on the Bank’s former Res non‑Dom client base.
• Seek new business opportunities from Private Bankers and progress leads through to sale completion, preparing technical materials and tracking pipeline.
• Take an active role in business development, leveraging external contacts (KBIs, fiduciaries, lawyers, accountants) to source "New to Bank" clients.

• Experience working with international clients, particularly in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America, NRI, Africa and international family offices.
• Strong knowledge of cross‑border estate planning, trusts, insurance and succession strategies.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients across regions as per the permissible cross‑border framework.
