Senior Management Accountant

We’re partnering with a large, complex and fast-growing business operating in a product-driven environment to recruit a Management Accountant. This organisation operates at scale, with significant inventory, revenue streams, and supply chain complexity, making it an ideal move for someone looking to gain exposure to real-world commercial finance challenges beyond a standard reporting role.

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, including revenue and stock
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide analysis and commentary on monthly performance
• Support the development and enhancement of financial controls
• Drive process improvements across finance operations
• Assist with external audit processes
• Manage stock accounting, reconciliations, and provisions

• Newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience in management accounting, audit, or reporting roles
• Strong technical grounding with attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
• Strong communication skills, able to translate numbers into insight
• Available immediately or at short notice
