Join us as a Treasury Dealer (Front Office) and play a key role in executing and managing the Bank’s liquidity, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange activities—helping ambitious businesses and individuals achieve their goals through our award-winning human digital banking model.

This is a hands‑on Front Office role within our Markets team, offering broad exposure across Treasury dealing, liquidity portfolio management, hedging, and strategic initiatives. You’ll work at the heart of the Bank’s balance sheet, supporting day‑to‑day execution while contributing to investment decisions, risk management, and ongoing transformation across Treasury systems and processes.

Play a central role in managing the Bank’s liquidity and risk profile, supporting investment decisions and balance sheet strategy.

• Deliver day‑to‑day Front Office Treasury activity, including liquidity portfolio execution and management
• Execute and support hedging strategies across FX and interest rate derivatives in line with approved mandates
• Analyse, price, and recommend investments for the liquidity portfolio, supporting ALCo and senior management decision‑making
• Manage trade capture, controls, and data integrity within the Treasury Management System
• Conduct credit analysis and ongoing monitoring of fixed income investments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with market counter parties and banking partners
• Contribute to Treasury transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and process improvements

• Experience with in a bank Treasury function or financial markets role
• Strong understanding of Front Office Treasury activities, including liquidity, investments, FX, and interest rate risk
• Knowledge of key Treasury instruments such as Gilts, T‑Bills, Covered Bonds, RMBS, repos, FX, and swaps
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
• Confidence communicating complex Treasury concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy

• Experience in a challenger or specialist bank environment
• Familiarity with Treasury systems and platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, SIENA)
• A degree in a numerate discipline
