Analyst, Real Estate & Asset Banking

The firm is recruiting an Analyst to its Real Estate & Asset Banking practice. The role covers underwriting, market research, financial modelling, and transaction support across real estate acquisitions, financings, and structuring engagements for the firm's private client base.

The work spans single-asset transactions, portfolio mandates, development financings, and cross-border real estate structuring — including residential trophy assets, commercial portfolios, and operational real estate. The firm acts on the principal side and is engaged for transactions where structuring, jurisdiction, and execution complexity warrant senior advisory.

• 1–3 years' experience in investment banking, principal investing, professional services, or a directly relevant field
• Strong quantitative skills and fluency in financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion
