Treasury Transformation Manager

Treasury Transformation Manager | Global Consumer Brand | Central London | Hybrid working – 3 days in the office | £70,000-£80,000 + bonus

Jasper Rose is partnering with a globally recognised consumer brand, based in Central London (3 days required in the office) who are looking to hire a Treasury Transformation Manager in what is a newly created role. This role sits in the global headquarters of a multi-billion turnover business, who are looking to centralise their treasury function and relocate it to London this summer.

Reporting to the Head of Treasury Transformation, the organisation is investing heavily in technology, automation, and process optimisation. You will be leading in driving process change across the global treasury function (operating across multiple international entities).

• Play a key role in leading on a variety of treasury projects including the implementation of a new treasury system to be rolled out globally
• Operating as a key point of contact for stakeholders based in international regions for any treasury related matters
• Supporting with the implementation of a centralised global treasury function
• Partner closely with the IT team to manage treasury system issue resolutions, drive automations and improve the treasury systems
• Leading the international regions through change, providing training and coaching on new processes and systems

• Minimum of 3+ years treasury experience
• Experience working in the treasury function of a complex, multi-entity business
• Demonstrable experience of managing process improvement and change management in a treasury function
• Ability to handle large data sets and proficient with Microsoft Power (Power BI, Query etc) as well as Treasury Management Systems
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders based globally
