We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in Trading & Supply to join the Shell Graduate Programme as an Actualisation Analyst (first rotation). As part of the T&S programme, you will undertake two 18‑month rotations
, gaining exposure to diverse roles and building a broad understanding of our end‑to‑end trading and supply.

Responsibilities and ExpectationsYou thrive by analysing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas. You should have the drive, resilience to get things done, flexibility to work well as part of a team and credibility to influence others.
Requirements- Must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2026 or within the last three years
- Must have graduated with, or be on track to receive, a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree – or equivalent grade
- No specific academic requirements for A level or GCSE equivalents, but a strong academic record is expected
